Description: Long, narrow leaves, 8 to 18 inches in length and less than an inch wide that resemble blades of grass. The leaves have a smooth texture and a slightly leathery feel. They are flexible and bend easily, giving the foliage a graceful and flowing appearance.

Color: Dark glossy green

Botanical facts: In late summer to early fall, Lily Grass produces spikes of small, bell-shaped purple or lavender flowers.

Design notes: The long, narrow leaves can add a beautiful draping feature to floral designs. The leaves are flexible enough to allow foliage manipulation.

Conditioning: Cut stem ends with a sharp knife. Hydrate in a solution of water and commercial floral food for two hours before storage or usage.
